Walk & Talk

If the thought of sitting in a consulting room or talking face-to-face makes you feel self-conscious, awkward or uneasy I can suggest an alternative.

If you prefer I can offer you ‘walk and talk’ - this involves spending our time together walking the nearby country lanes or strolling alongside the canal, making the session less formal and helping you to relax.

Being out and about in natural surroundings can create a favourable environment to help put you at ease and make talking more comfortable for you. It has been shown that being in the countryside can heal emotional upset and increase wellbeing; spending quality time outside will enhance your mood and help you cope with whatever troubles you.
